SERVICES

DREDGING

We offer our main service of custom dredging.

-Dredging includes the removal of sediment from the lake. This is needed in order to remove buildup of mud, leaves, trash, and other accumulated debris.

-By doing this, homeowners can have easier boat access into their dock, increase swimming depth, better water clarity, and increased property value.

-With our method of custom dredging we are able to fit into smaller and non easily accessible places.

RETAINING WALLS

Our installation of Retaining walls helps with providing a stable backing for docks and landscapes. Along with proving aesthetically pleasing and eye-catching curb appeal to any yard!

-We are able to do any height or length of wall desirable. Along with that, we are also readily available to help with the planning and design of the wall to help with the process.

-Redi Block, is one of our favorite types of stone to use for our retaining walls. They have a large variety of colors, designs, and sizes. They are durable and extremely sturdy blocks that are perfect for any project!

DEMO/ POLE & PILE DRIVING

Our demolition services are often needed by clients in order to remove old structures before new construction.

-With our barge and excavator we are able to easily remove previous structures and create a clean start for projects.

Pole & Pile Driving is a service we offer to easily install the pole structures needed for new dock construction.

- with the use of our barge and pole driver we are able to accurately install poles with a durable base for a new dock.

Our custom built Boat Houses add an element of lakeside elegance and functionality to any home.

-Boat houses offer customers a great place to safely store their boat from weather elements and also provide an additional area to relax and be near the water.

-We are able to work one on one with customers to provide the most functional design for their needs.

This includes deciding on wood or trex decking, the number of boat slips, inclusion of a party deck, connection to a dock, and best shape to fit your property.

BOAT HOUSES

DOCK BUILDING/ REPAIRS

Docks are not only a necessity but one of the most used lakeside home features.

-Our Dock building allows customers a one stop shop. We are able to demo any old docks, dredge, drive poles, and build a new dock.

We are able to build Custom Dock designs to allow for the perfect dock, depending on your wants and needs.

Lastly we offer Dock Repairs. This is great for minor imperfections that don't require a new build. This can help increase the longevity of an existing dock.

RIP RAP/PEA GRAVEL/ BEACH SAND

Rip rap is the act of hand stacking rocks individually.

- This service prevents the natural erosion of material from accumulating in the lake.

- For added help we install an erosion control blanket in addition to the rip rap to halt erosion.

Pea gravel and Beach sand are often added next to patios and docks for cosmetic benefit.

-Our customers often enjoy this service to create walking paths, swimming areas, and relaxation spaces.

ABOUT

Hello everyone, My name is Jacob Rollins. I decided to pursue my dream career by building the J.Rollins barge. After years of growing up on a lake and in a community heavily populated with lakes. I learned first hand the maintenance and care it takes to preserve and care for lakes/docks. I saw the exceeding need of lakeside maintenance and decided after high school to build my first barge.

Since starting in 2018 I have branched out to Five community lakes including Sweetwater, Cordry, Lamb, Painted Hills, and Princes Lakes. I have also done work on many privately owned lakes for individual homeowners. I am also newly licensed in Florida and ready to head south to do more work! Lastly, we have added to our fleet of boats with bigger sectional barges and larger heavy duty machinery.

I am looking forward to working in many more locations in the near future. I have gained valuable knowledge and skills to assist my clients waterfront wants and needs. Therefore, providing the most optimal use of their outdoor oasis!
